We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated customer service representative to join our growing team. Customer Service Representatives interact daily with new and existing customers to establish and maintain professional and positive relationships with customers on behalf of Stuart Services. They are expected to actively listen to problems and complaints while remaining calm, friendly, and patient. These individuals must follow a script but also think on their feet at the same time. Customer Service Representatives play a big part in the success of a company, even though they work behind the scenes.
